薑醋對產婦身體早日康復
婦女產後食薑可驅風,雞蛋有豐富蛋白質,豬腳有骨膠原。如果產後媽媽茹素,則可以烹調『素薑醋』,內裏黑豆可驅風,黃耳含蛋白質,木耳等材料則去瘀血。
雖然豬腳薑滋味又保健,但產婦不宜吃太多,因為脂肪和熱量較高,進食時宜少吃豬手腳皮,雞蛋不宜吃過多,應以均衡飲食為本。宜惡露排清後進食,否則會行血,惡露較難排清。
傳統習俗
昔日添丁後,男家傳統上需要拜祖先,故多由男家負責煲薑醋,但時代變了,如今女家負責亦可,無分彼此。另外滿月後,薑醋傳統上不可派出外,因為怕BB「小器」,親友來訪時吃則無妨。另一方面,傳統的薑醋會加入豬手豬腳,取其有手有腳的意頭,即BB「齊手齊腳」
